I often see high potential executives who are technical experts with great ambition, but are compromised by their self management or people leadership skills. This can prevent them from reaching their full potential and impact the organisation’s succession plans or talent bench strength.
The core of my work is raising levels of awareness and capability specifically within this senior leadership cohort.
Executives today need to be operating at a level of awareness that allows them to make the right choices, whether those choices are about strategy or behaviour.
Workforces are becoming even more diverse and digitalisation and automation is changing our ways of working, this will require organisations to more regularly identify and develop the executive capabilities needed to deliver business success.
What I do
My C-Suite Partner program is customised for organisations who are seeking to support their executives to increase their leadership effectiveness and deliver business results.
As a certified Executive Coach with extensive C-Suite leadership experience, I know what skills senior leaders must demonstrate to deliver results and how to develop them in others.
Each program is tailored to the needs of the organisation and the individual can be delivered alone or in conjunction with other formal development programs. My process will always include:
Establishing the individual and organisational goals and understanding why a coaching program is the best solution
Agreeing an appropriate coaching strategy
Implementation of the coaching program to raise awareness and build specific capabilities
Evaluation and review
